A biodynamic vineyard is a self sustaining living organism that is run by the wholistic care and natural systems. The use of herbal tees, biodynamic preparations and composting enables us to achieve our goal. The herbal tees assist the vines in stress situations, eg. calming, stimulating, healing. The biodynamic preparations balance the vines biochemical processes. The composting is carried out on site next to the vineyard, that creates microbe-rich compost for the vines.
