The winery has vineyards covering an area of 20 hectares with approximately 25% Silvaner,, 25% Pinot (P. blanc, P. gris and P. noir) and 20% Riesling. The new varieties Rieslaner, Müller-Thurgau and Scheurebe make up the rest. The winery has top quality vineyards located on the Würzburger Stein, the Würzburger Innere Leiste and the Stettener Stein.
