The Pinots (Montonia) and some noble sweet wines are stored here under constant temperature conditions and high air humidity. They can mature for decades, constantly improving in quality.

Tasting the wine frequently, a wine lover will notice the changes in the maturing and developing processes of the wine. Clients may store their wines in the treasure chamber. This is a subscription service for customers, a wonderful opportunity to store aged wines for serving on special occasions.
